What changes

Your sessions, your words, your caps

Metcon and strength sessions on the same timetable, the same memberships and the same billing — with the box's own vocabulary on top.

  • Session caps and waitlists
  • Drop-ins and class packs
  • Coach-led programming

Same engine, tuned for box programming and class caps.

Already built

Built on the same engine

None of this is written again for a new flavour. It is running today for a martial arts academy with a live membership base, and it is what your club inherits on day one.

  • Bookings and check-in

A timetable members can book from, caps and waitlists that hold, cancellation cut-offs you set, and a QR check-in that takes a second at the door.

  • The billing engine

Memberships collected through your own Stripe or SumUp account, failed payments retried on day 1, 3 and 7, and billing reports that reconcile against your bank.

  • Your own app

iOS and Android on the stores under your gym's name and colours, in eight languages, with a light and a dark theme.

  • Wallets and credits

Class packs, drop-in credits and top-ups on a ledger that only ever adds rows, so every balance can be traced back to what created it.

  • Household accounts

One adult paying for several members, with the permissions to book, cancel and pay for the people they are responsible for.

  • The staff platform

The console on a desktop and the admin hub on a phone: rota, attendance, members, payments and the day's classes, wherever you are standing.
