What this website collects, and why

It is a short page because it is a short list. This site has one form on it and nothing else that watches you.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your gym's name if you give it, and your message. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.

When the form is submitted we also see the IP address the request came from. It is held in memory for a few minutes to stop the form being used to send bulk mail, and it is never written to a database or attached to your message.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We use it to answer your question and to continue the conversation if you want to keep talking to us.

We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not build a profile, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

Resend, the service that delivers the email to us. They process the message on our behalf so it can reach our inbox, and they are bound by their agreement with us to do nothing else with it.

Our own email provider then stores the message in our inbox, in the same way any email you send us would be.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party embed. That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived.

The typeface is served from this site rather than from a font host, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in our inbox while the conversation is live and for as long as we may reasonably need it afterwards. Ask us to delete it and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it — there is no form to fill in and no account to log into.

If you are a member of a gym that uses SarvaSync

This notice does not cover you. Your gym is the controller of your membership data and publishes its own privacy notice inside its app and on its website. We run the software on that gym's behalf, on a database used by that gym alone.
